Items out of stock not updated on Deliveroo. Had option to swap item selected but out of stock items (and only reason why I was ordering it) were just removed. Annoying. The lady I called when I saw it had cancelled the 2 items I needed was very quick responding to my query on the phone so have added a star for that.

Here we have a massive company treating this small shop like it is one of their supermarkets manned by a whole fleet of staff instead of the small shop that it is with its 6/7 staff! Only allowing 2 staff at a time for the most part and having to take in deliveries, respond within minutes for all the takeaway delivery services! Shop for those orders and still serve at the till & Scan in and scan out parcels that there is clearly no room for! The company demand far too much from very few staff in a thankless and quite frankly dangerous job with zero help when needed! I Hope none of you negative commenters will be popping in for your forgotten jar of gravy or pint of milk on Christmas Day since the little shop is not allowed that festive time with their loved ones! As for closing at 10…… they only get paid till 10 and still have to close down and lock up….. maybe they should work an hour unpaid? Morrisons need to seriously look at their little shops and start making things better for all involved! How about supporting your shop and its staff and start making a stand for them for better working life! Which will result in a better shop for the community!?

Honestly the worst shop about bris. I dont know what the problem is but the old boy in there should not be dealing with people, one of the rudest blokes I've ever met in me life. Not just that but they never have the right stock in and they are always closed by about half nine when it says they close at ten?? Couple Sundays ago I went to pop in and they were already shut, checked the time and it was only quarter past nine. Honestly it doesn't bother me that much, you got the costcutter across the road, matey boy in there never makes you feel like a bother for daring to enter and buy stuff so I would rather spend my money there anyway, just seems a waste of space really, the way they're carrying on I can see it becoming flats or another barber shop in a few years. It doesn't take a lot, you dont even have to be polite to customers, just dont be an outright curmudgeon, stock your shelves and either close when you're supposed to or change your opening times.

Stopped in to get a meal deal, it’s advertised in the shop you can get a “main” “side” and a drink, and the drink can be a coffee from the Costa machine. I went to the till with a coffee, sandwich and a snack and they charged me £9. When I asked about the obvious meal deal sign (advertised as 5) I was told “not according to the till” and was not offered another suggestion. Won’t be returning. Looking back I should’ve asked for a refund. Thankfully it’s not my local.

A truly awful experience. Every time I go in there they lack most basic items. The fridges have been broken for about 3 months so had no chilled items. Nothing ever seems to get restocked and half of what you pick up is out of date. I picked up a cereal box today (09/08) that expired in early June. Most staff are pleasant, some only communicate by grunting.

Not happy at all with this so called service from Morrisons Daily in Sandy Park Rd as went to collect parcel tonight as only night I can collect this and arrived to see the shutter already half way down at 9.50pm, door locked and staff nowhere to be seen. I tapped on the door and the shutter but all I got was a member of staff staring at me from the back of the shop. When the two members of staff decided to come to the door, on their way out, I got a sarcastic face and giggle from the person who I found out after was the supervisor and when I asked what time they close she replied " I'm in a bit earlier tomorrow so I'm closing a bit earlier". I then questioned why is it that their closing time above the door says 10pm and their website also says the same and all I got was a vacant stare from both of them! Maybe the Manager should pop in now and then to see that clearly this shop isn't giving the service it advertises from its staff! If you advertise that your open until 10pm then stay open until 10pm, not 9.50pm!

Been using this store very recently and been completely satisfied with both store and employees. Reading these other reviews store seems to have definitely improved recently. Maybe they have better management in now that has turned the store around haven't seen it close early recently either. Shop here almost daily and everyone is friendly and welcoming.

Seriously, is this shop ever open! I use Morrisons Daily for dropping off Yodel parcels, however, they are never open as per their advertised times! So say close at 10pm (as advertised on their door), but rarely open beyond 9pm. I went last week (Friday 1 April - no joke) - closed when I arrived at 8.50pm. I went today, (Saturday 8 April) and a tatty paper sign stuck on the shutter saying open at 2pm). Such a poor show! Come on team, get your act together.

Reliably unreliable. Was hoping for an improvement when this turned from a McColls into Morrisons local, but very little difference other than the brand of the products offered. Three times over the last 2 weeks I have visited the shop during opening hours and it is closed, sometimes with no explanation. Luckily there are other more reliable stores on Sandy Park Road. I understand that small businesses may face staffing issues forcing closure, but this is now a large brand and staff cover should be available when there is sickness etc. If you can't offer what you say you can offer (i.e. a local shop that is open 6am-10pm) then leave and let a company that can offer this service to local residents take the unit.
