Came in to purchase a watch today and was served by Sophie she was really pleasant explained everything in great detail absolute credit to the company thanks for the excellent service.
Never had a bad experience in this store , I've always dealt with Emma who is outstanding in her job , always takes on board what the customer wants , always friendly and can't do enough to help you today as she was managing the store she passed us onto Ashley who again was outstanding and couldn't do enough for us . The customer service and the personal touch in this store is the reason we make it our go to place .
Bought a white gold and diamond eternity ring for me and a yellow gold wedding ring for my hubby's pinky at Silverburn Glasgow, Emma I think the girls name is and another young girl (new start) were fantastic and customer orientated throughout, 5/5 for both of them.

In Tag Heuer I was told that a watch I liked was selling out fast as it was really popular, and they only had one left in store. I was unsure, so I left and returned later to purchase the watch. On speaking to a second member of staff, I soon discovered that there was, in fact, plenty of this particular watch in store. I felt lied to by the first member of staff in the hope I would rush the purchase. This sales tactic is not only dishonest but is also downright disgusting behaviour.
