I had previously had an extremely BAD experience when visiting the Claire's store in Braehead to have my daughters ears pierced-2nd hole (Ears were pierced uneven and at 2 different angles and was not given appropriate advice re the size of her lobes). Laurie, the manager, in the Motherwell store and her colleague Rachel couldn't have been more helpful with their advice and information regarding my daughters piercing. Laurie proceeded to contact Head Office for more advice for me. I would strongly recommend anyone who wishes their ears to be pierced properly to visit the Motherwell store. Laurie and Rachel are just fabulous!!!
