   I was shopping for my boyfriend’s mum and aunt for Christmas at the Glasgow Fort store this week and both times i was served by Demi. She was super helpful and had a really lovely nature. I feel she went over and above to help me find what i was looking for. Its hard to find these days good customer service within retail stores and it really made our experience shopping so much better. Will definitely be back!

   Lovely welcome from the cheerful, friendly girls on entering the Glasgow Fort store. Beautiful selection of jewelry and excellent customer service from Megan who took her time with me and gave me some suggestions of her own which was greatly appreciated. Great customer service, I would absolutely shop here again.

   Due to the attitude of the manager of the shop I will never shop here, I asked if a couple of items were going into the Black Friday deals and she said I don’t have time to go round the full shop telling u what is in the deals and what isn’t!! So rude shop was quiet so there was no excuse for her rudeness!! It’s ok though cos I bought it at another jewellers - u lost a £400 deal!! Replace ur manager I will come back

They were very attentive kind, warm and helpful and showed us a variety of pieces. I would highly recommend this store, they have great choice, competitively priced with great service.

   Swarovski Glasgow Fort, has a nice range of jewellery, ornaments & accessories. Prices vary throughout, depending on what you are looking for. The staff are very helpful & give you time to decide when trying on jewellery. I have many pieces from Swarovski & just love how they sparkle. There "Swan Lake Collection" is beautiful & changes all the time! A lovely store to shop in.

   Love the jewellery and staff very helpful.Purchased a ring and a bracelet which matched. Display ring priced at £135 in 2 shops however when purchased the till showed £145 and I had to pay the higher price which is not right.I have purchased a lot of jewellery here and found this disappointing.
