Tonight I came to collect my order and Asmah was very kind amd attentive and got my order for me. She took extra time in talking to me about other things. My order was exactly what I ordered and I am.very pleased with it

   Debbie's was amazing. Friendly. Kind and put me at ease while she very quickly and safely removed a ring that was refusing to budge from my finger (after being worn for almost 10 years). Safely cut through the ring and removed it in less than 5 minutes without a scratch on me and without cutting through the hallmark on the ring too. First class service from a first class store.

   Went in to get a watch for Christmas, was helped by Asmah. She was incredibly helpful and pleasant, explained the product and service well and even helped us score off another person from our list by letting us know about a necklace that was included with a deal! The whole time she was talking away to our daughter in her pram, which made the process smoother! Outstanding service, credit to the store.

   We were in the Glasgow Fort store, looking for a Christmas gift, and the assistant, Asmah was friendly, polite, and really helpful in finding a suitable gift. In addition, I asked for help in resetting the time display on my Casio G-shock watch, and the assistant, Rebecca was so kind and helpful in succeeding to reset the time on the watch! An excellent shopping experience, with two great members of staff!!!

   Had the most fantastic experience with Asmah today at the Glasgow fort location. I had ordered a ring, not realising it wouldn't be available until the next day. Asmah didn't hesitate in checking stock in store and finding the correct ring and size for me. Even going as far as to switching it with my online order and going it a polish for extra sparkle. 5 star experience and I cannot thank Asmah enough!

   I went in to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Asmah was absolutely lovely and helped me pick out a beautiful ring and talked to me loads about life, my proposal and my relationship. The proposal went amazing and my fiancé loves the ring. Will definitely recommend this place for jewellery and amazing customer service.

   The shop was boiling as they had the heating on, during the summer. And the item was wrongly priced, and was only notified of the change at the moment they had already packed it and added it to the total. 65% increase in price. Went to return the overpriced item after finding it cheaper elsewhere (not too hard). And the mood of the cashier had completely changed... Was your friend when buying, although couldn't even care about the spelling of my name when returning the item. Customer service here is shocking!
