Visited the Glasgow Fort branch today to buy a birthday gift, the sales assistant Mathew was not only professional and helpful but also friendly and knowledgeable. I would say we had an excellent shopping experience today and it was entirely down to the service delivered by Mathew, he is an absolute asset to your store
My partner and myself visited this store to have our wedding rings sized. The woman on the shop floor doing the sizing came across very rude, and other customers noticed this as well. Seems she had an issue with it being 2 women, and kept proceeding to make a point that we were sizing our wedding ring fingers? We've visited previously and never had this issue before. Left us feeling embarrassed and not so welcome.

Got my ring great deals friendly staff ordered me a ring said would be a week 10 days phoned me 3 days later to say it was there so happy with it
Very busy today (23rd December ) and had to wait in a queue of about 5 mins to be served but once at the counter the girl couldn't have been nicer. Service was excellent and staff worked amazing well under pressure
