    I recently visited Pandora at Silverburn, and as a guy I was totally useless in trying to find my wife a gift. I was helped by the manager, Lee and she was really helpful and funny and helped me select the ideal gift for my wife. Can’t praise Lee and her staff enough.

    I visited the store at Silverburn today and was truly impressed by the outstanding customer service I received while waiting in line. The warm welcome upon my arrival was delightful, and I was particularly grateful for the assistance provided by a courteous lady with blonde hair, who appeared to be the manager. Subsequently, I was assisted by a young man who offered excellent advice regarding a Christmas present for my daughter. I would certainly return to the Silverburn store due to the very friendly service I experienced.
