   They did not have a trainer watch for a child to learn to tell the time. However, I have one on order in another shop. Usually this shop is very good for supplies of jewellery.

   The assistant was polite and attentive, and the service l received when l put in my watch for repairs was great. Only problem was that I had to travel to the jewellers twice in one day, once to drop off the watch and once to pick it up. The watch only needed a small pin. It would have been handy if the jeweller could have replaced the pin there and then, it would have saved my time. At the end of the day they did get the job done and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely recommend them.

   Excellent local shop. I’ve been visiting here for years. Good value prices on jewellery and great friendly service from well trained and experienced staff. Always excellent workmanship when it comes to repairs. As always, I’ am very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.

   I went in to Jewelfare on Paisley's High Street one day for a simple battery for my watch. Upon entering I was greeted by a nice smile and polite conversation (not unusual for some local shops) but it was genuine warmth.. I got onto the subject of some of their products and this is when I realised that local independent traders can excel in their customer rapport as I felt like I was a regular in the shop and went away with thinking how great the shop was.. I have now been back a few times since and would class this as an excellent shop with well trained staff and what I deem to be great local service... big thumbs up from me...
