I was sitting on a chair in the shop didn’t realise it was a piercing chair. Instead of the staff member coming over to me ask me politely not to sit there, she decided to shout it in front of all the customers in the shop. Disgusting customer service, staff definitely need training on how to speak to customers.
Absolutely amazing staff at the Braehead store, Carol and Alex were truly amazing with both of my daughters, Can't thank them both enough for being so kind and patient, they definitely went above and beyond for us, well done girls.
came in today to get my first piercing done, staff was friendly and kind, maya helped me to pick out my piercing and was very reassuring and helpful. the piercing went amazing and i am glad i had her to do it for me. would definitely recommend and i would go again in the future.
The staff are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. They spend most of their time standing around, chatting about their personal lives instead of assisting customers. I’ve visited multiple times, and it’s always the same experience. When I asked for help with a product, they had no knowledge about it and simply responded with “I don’t know” before going back to their conversation.
My 15 year old daughter and friend were in the store today to spend her birthday money and were looking at belly bars. A staff member approached them and roughly handed a basket to them then told them to put back the jewellery. My daughter did then the staff member accused her friend of hiding one. My daughter at this point was upset, her friend had already but the item back. And they were both asked to leave the store and not to come back! My daughter has autism and it took a lot for her to go out on her own today with her friend and this experience has set her back. She called me to pick her up and was extremely up last by basically being accused of shoplifting! I understand there are shoplifters but please don’t judge people by the way they look (my daughter has blue hair) or if they actually slightly differently and please make sure if you accuse someone of somthing there is actual evidence of this.
