    The bracelet broke on my watch so I took it to Sinclair’s of Paisley for a repair. The staff were excellent and told me to come back later that afternoon to pick it up. My watch was fixed ahead of schedule and I received a text message to say it was ready collect. My watch used to belong to my dad, so it holds a lot of sentimental value for me. That made the first class service I received all the more special. Thank you.

    I will always go to Sinclairs first. I've been several times, Thomas and his staff are second to none. Advice and service leave me in awe. The warmest of welcomes. I recently took a friends watch for repair. She was quoted silly money at other jewellers. She saved 100s on the repair and was totally delighted to get a family heirloom back in working order.     Got my engagement ring enlarged since I've gained some weight over the last couple of decades. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable, the service was reasonably priced, and the turnaround time was about 10 days. I would have preferred it quicker but the 10 days was fine. I think I could have asked for it faster.

They always go above and beyond to make sure your experience is first class.
