   Very Poor - On two occasions now I have returned items not fit for consumption. The worse part is the guy on till just looks at you like you are stupid & no offer of a refund or exchange. So for the sake of £4 ( £2 on rotten cakes that were rock hard ) & today pack of beef billitong strips £1.86 that did not have the white pack inside the packet, that keeps the beef strips fresh. My average spend in Eleven Superstore is £40/50 per week ( (160-200 per month ) A LOST CUSTOMER for £4 - Ridiculous Company.& I know they own shop across the road as well so both boycotted. An inconvenience but why should they just pocket £2 every now & then & leave their loyal shoppers short ??? Even if only £4- it’s about principle & 11 superstore don’t have principles or respect or the offer of an exchange would have been immediate. Pathetic penny pinchers.

This was a big mistake hope no one took it as real .sorry gentlemen alison finn regular local customer xxx. Would just like to add to my review update.ever since they have opened therer standards are still very high .went in today and music playing so me and owner had a little dance off .always welcoming and happy to help .well done gentlemen. Just won 4 pounds on a pound scratch card yeh ))Alison

   I firstly got into the shop because I found funny the reference to the famous American chain of corner shops. But I soon started to visit these guys regularly. Firstly the staff are super nice, they always ask about your day and they’re always up for some chit-chat. The selection they offer is quite impressive for a local store. Firstly the sell Co-op products which are very cheap considering this a convenience store. Their soft drink and comfort food selection is great and they also have some unusual imported product, without forgetting the cheap vapes!The only constructive critique I can think of, is the music, that can be a bit inappropriate at times when children are around. Even if they are not particularly local to me, I don’t mind driving 5 minutes to go and visit. Love this little shop

   Amazing shop! Been in the local area for all my life and have never experienced value and gratitude for a store in the area before. Great staff, great products, great deals and even greater customer service! 10/10 would recommend
