Came looking for a set of earrings and was greeted by frankie on arrival. Explained what I was after and after around 5 minutes showed me a set the Mrs would love so with his experience and knowledge I bought the set.from start to finish was the most pleasant experience ive dealt with in a jewellery shop and will happily come back to buy anything to make the Mrs happy again
I'm pleased to give a review of the H Samuel in Irvine. We attended the store to pick out a special 30th anniversary gift. 30 years ago we got our wedding rings, now back again and was not disappointed. Kenny and Frankie assistant to find the perfect piece. So very helpful and knowledgeable.
