   Avoid like the plague for parcel collection and drop off. These people have lost a valuable parcel of mine and refused to take any responsibility or didn't even offer an apology. The owner is rude and condescending, he kept referring to me as 'darling', told me that 'my parcel is my problem', and even had the cheek to threaten he'd throw me out of his shop. Never again, and I am reporting this to Parcelforce.

   Owner/manager very aggressive in his communication and absolutely hopeless service- i've tried to use them twice for yodel returns and their machine has been broken and its apparently my fault. Go to National Foodstore on Stapleton Rd instead, they're so helpful and polite in there!

   DO NOT GET THINGS DELIVERED TO THIS SHOP. Had 2 parcels delivered here as they said they are a “Royal Mail” dispatch centre. They apparently refused to accept 1 parcel and another was sent back in the post by them after it arrived to their shop. They had absolutely no idea of this and could not offer an explanation at all. Not worth the time. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

   Very handy shop and very pleasant pleasing owner. Goes the extra mile to see if he has what you need and will tell you if he can get what you need! I love it...people may moan I see, but you can not get everything for free in this life, I saw one comment about an electrical item...do you think he sits there making them...so sad...more than obliging great shop!

   The man who works inside is very nice. We needed a valve to pump up a football. He spent time looking for the correct size and even checked his car, eventually giving us an old one for free.
