   Be very careful with their prices at night as the guy charges whatever he feels like. Dual pricing items is not a good practice even though the guy works very hard at night - if you say he’s working so hard maybe pay him more and not charge customers higher prices:)

   I am writing to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding the conduct of a staff member working the night shift at your establishment on [12/072025].time (03:28am) During a recent visit, I attempted to purchase a 10-pack of Budweiser, which is typically priced at £13.99. However, the night staff member attempted to charge me £19 for the same item. Upon informing him that I also work in the off-licence industry and am aware of standard pricing, he reduced the price to £13. This clearly suggests an attempt to overcharge customers deliberately, which is both unethical and damaging to your business’s reputation. Additionally, the staff member was extremely rude during the interaction, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy expected in a customer-facing role. Most concerning, however, is that I witnessed this individual selling alcohol to customers who appeared to be under the age of 18. This is a serious violation of licensing laws and could result in legal consequences for your business.

   The guy was not wearing a mask. Coughed and sneezed on his hand in a tier 3 area. Handles my electricity key then gives it back to me. I had to wash my hands afterwards. I didn't want covid thank you mate. Some of us are high risk.

   Good selection of drinks, often some good stuff that you won't find the neighbouring local convenience stores. I don't find it to be much cheaper than anywhere else, its just the convenience of being open 24hrs.
