   I had a terrible experience at Bath Easton Premier Store this evening! Wish I didn’t I purchased a pack of chicken that turned out to be completely off—it smelled horrible the moment I opened it. When I went back to the store to address the issue, I expected at least an apology or some acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Instead, the male shop assistant refunded me without a word, as if this was a regular occurrence. No apology, no concern, nothing. It’s unacceptable to sell spoiled food and then show zero accountability. I won’t be shopping here again—if they can’t even manage fresh produce, what else is slipping through the cracks? Rude, unclean, no customer service DONT waste your time in this shop

   Used to be a great local shop. Staff are friendly but unfortunately the owner seems more intent on waiting for someone to buy the business than keeping the shelves stocked with goods.
