   Terrible. it's been a week and my nails beds are still so sore and ruined from being over-drilled way too carelessly. Awful hygiene - when soaking my acrylic nails off they used cotton pads that had clearly been used on a previous customer as they were soiled and covered in product... and then after using them on me she put them back in the box instead of throwing them away. so disgusting. AVOID. It's worth waiting for a spot to open up at a different pace nearby, as there's a reason why it's almost always empty.

   Terrible pedicure. The polish was old, lumpy, and applied way too thick. The top coat was smeared all over my skin, and my toes weren’t cleaned properly. I even had to guide him through the pedicure, which should never happen. To make it worse, he went for a smoke and came back without washing his hands very unhygienic. Overall, sloppy, unprofessional, and not worth the money.

   The worst nail salon I have ever visited. The man who did my pedicure was very rude. He was not gentle while he was doing my pedicure as it was painful. I tried to tell him verbally & ouching and showing where it was hurting and bleeding but no acknowledgement whatsoever. There was a bit of bleeding in my big right toe and had some pain in some of my toes afterwards which I never experienced after a pedicure. No English at all. When I tried to tell him that the colour in the catalogue and the colour he put on my nails did not match he got angry . He pushed his chair back and stood up in an aggressive manner pointing towards the nail polish on the wall. AVOID AVOID!!!!

   Awful experience. Had a man do my nails, he cut 6 of my fingers with the electric drill and cuticle scissors and was shaping my nails differently to what I had asked for. I complained, switched to a woman who then made them too short, she told me there was no way to fix them. I left in that moment as there was no way I was going to pay for mishapen nails and the woman’s nails next to me looked horrendous, never seen acrylics so thick. Anyway, so I left and went to a rival shop up the road, she told me they regularly have to save customers who attend this shop and she refused to fix my nails, because the other shop had cut me and filed down my nails too much, she said I was at big risk of an infection because of the chemicals in the products. She could have not said anything and taken my money like they did. She removed them and advised me to leave until healed. Also staff spoke to each other the whole time, clearly gossiping about customers and don’t engage with their customers. I thought they were cheap because the decor wasn’t as nice as competitors, but the entire service is awful. It’s been 3 days and my nails are still sore. Pictures taken 3 days after.

   They are the worst. The use MMA cheap products. The man and the older woman love to gossip about customers. They also can’t shape nails to save their own lives. They have the audacity to charge £25 to £30 for acrylics. Atrocious equipment that mess up your natural nails and nail beds.

   Really warm and friendly people! Had a lovely treatment, nice atmosphere, as oppose to other nail shops where it’s jam packed. They choose customer over money. Price - Best prices in Hackney! So many places are overpriced, highly recommend them for manicure on natural nails, they really brought my nails back to life, thank you!

   Limited time, so popped in for an infill. Never been to this shop. Showed them a picture to check they could do what I want. Charged more for coloured acrylic! That's a first. Then CLEARLY couldn't do the design I wanted, so lied! Came out with something completely different, which looked like something I'd do 20 years ago. Was going to review then but left it. At my usual nail tech and I've got a FUNGAL INFECTION under the infill. In over 30 years doing my nails, I've NEVER had a FUNGAL INFECTION on my nails. As a qualified nail tech, I know that this is due to poor hygiene and bad application. Although local to the shop, I will NEVER go there again and would urge you to avoid. Money grabbing, untrained, untruthful and unhygienic. You've been warned!!!

   I went in for a full acrylic set soon after the lifting of lockdown restrictions. In terms of cleanliness, I'd give a 3/5. There are plastic barriers put up which is nice, but there didn't appear to be much active sterilisation. To be fair though, I rarely see techs actively sterilise at nail salons pre or post-covid (which when you think about.....nvmd.). They were friendly when I walked in and I was seated quickly. My nail tech was really great, did a such a job with the shape and color. I'm very happy with the results. The full set *with* shellac was only 23, which I thought was great value for money. The only downside is they are limited in the design dept. I asked for swirled lines and they said they can only do straight lines..? Then i asked for stickers and they had a really limited variety (lots of christmas trees and dated styles, some louis vuitton and verasace symbols - which wasn't what i was going fore). It's def not a place to go if you want a trendy nail set, but if you're looking for your standard full set, they have a wide array of colors (i found my go to which is usually difficult!) and I'd recommend! I'll be back!

   Not a terrible service but a terrible product and result. Within a week of infill -which isn’t the cheapest in the area- one nail broke and others are lifting! Went back a week later to ask for them to fix or soak off and they made me wait an hour and also wanted to charge. Went to competitors up the road and would highly recommend going to E5 on Chatsworth Road over Pink Star. Choice of nail varnish is also minimal.
