    Had click and collect parcel got to store at 1.30pm, despite a big neon sign flashing OPEN the shutters were down ... they didn't answer the phone, and not a soul to be seen anywhere.. google tells me it was open ... wasted my journey and time .. do NOT choose this store to collect your parcels from .. it is in a very dubious area too .. was afraid to leave my car!

    Had a parcel delivered here and had a message to say it was ready to collect, got there at 1PM and the shop is closed, it states it is open from 8.30AM to 6.30PM ??
