   What can I say? It’s one of the vape shops I’ve ever been to. Walked right into the shop to get parts for my vape and the blonde guy behind the counter was hands down one of the employees that’s ever been employed. He sold me parts, he had some flavours to sell, he took payment with money, the shop was open. Not a bad thing to say. If I could give this place six stars I would. If you are in need of some high-octane vape services look no further than at Vapour Generation. It will forever go down in history as one of the businesses ever made.

   I popped in on Fri 13th Jan and met Rob. I told him my predicament that I’d bought an expensive vape online and bought some liquid separately and it was making me cough, he explained I’d bought the wrong liquid, emptied the tank, put a new coil in and made it so much smoother which I really appreciated. His advice and help was fantastic. He also advised me that I’ve bought the wrong kind of mod for giving up smoking and showed me his vape. It played on my mind all day to the point I went back on the Sat hoping to see him but he wasn’t there (prob having a well earned day off), but the two guys that assisted me were so helpful and I bought another Aspire vape which they set up, showed me how to prime the coil etc and their knowledge was also amazing. I cannot stress how chuffed I am for walking in this shop on Fri and meeting Rob and for his staff helping me today, I’m so happy with my new vape and this is now my go to shop to help me getting off the cigarettes… thanks to you all and see you all very soon, Clare Simons.

   Being a complete novice vapour, did plenty of research and today visited Vapour Generation at Kingswood for further help before purchasing my 1st vape kit. Had pleasure of dealing with Jay who was extremely helpful and had the knowledge and expertise to answer my questions and talked me through not only the actual device, but gave tips and advice before moving on to the wide range of liquids. All I can say is the whole experience was excellent and I would certainly recommend Vapour Generation to anyone for help whether a novice like me or an established vapour.

   Absolutely cannot not fault the guys, no hard sale just knowledgeable advice, beginner or advanced vaper Rob and Jay will point you in the right direction. I did wish they were nearer but now the website is offering next day delivery it's even better.
