Most of the pool shut off for lessons even though I only saw 1 group lesson and a couple of private. Pool was quite cold today. Usually a lot warmer

We have visited the pool here on a few occasions with our young grandson. Itβs a good pool. But the hassle and expense of getting tickets now means we will look for somewhere cheaper for certain. We live in Europe and the experience is better and costs are so much lower. Itβs a shame, because itβs such a good pool.

Mostly positive just wish they would inform the public more about changes to swimming pool program as these changes affect those who want to swim in lanes

Little pool and some of the big pool were closed due to swimming lessons (fair enough) but the full price was charged for using the pool. The changing area lacked cleanliness as the cubicle had discarded packaging, and the floor leading to the pool was covered in what looked like grass and god knows what.

The gym used to be good however they seem to have let school kids in which I donβt mind, however they are there in hoards. They take all the equipment, gather in large groups and the majority of them look like they are seriously about to injure themselves. The equipment is great and itβs such a shame that the times I can go are when the schools are out and I just feel like Iβm at a secondary school gym class. This unfortunately has caused me and a few of my friends to cancel our membership and move elsewhere

Like stepping back in time whenever you enter. Really good selection of activities with a particularly good gym setup but could do with some modernisation.

I'm disabled (crutches) but found it easy to enter/exit the swimming pool on my own. The water was lovely & warm which i really appreciated, and i was grateful for being able to use a pool noodle too. We were delayed in getting there which unfortunately (for us) meant school was out, and swim lessons were also taking place. The environment was really busy, and extremely noisy. I managed to do my usual pool excercises, but found it difficult to relax like I normally do, which is part of my wind down. I was constantly getting splashed & bumped. My changing room experience wasn't pleasant. It was really cold after coming out of the warm pool, and I struggled to find a larger type changing room. Kids (girls) were running riot, and I mean screaming, shouting, swearing & banging doors constantly. It all felt quite 'out of control'. No supervision at all. Apparently the gents was just as bad. I also felt there was a lack of chairs/mirrors/hooks in the disabled changing room. Even a mirror on the back of the door? Some more hooks around the place too. It's obvious the place just gets 'hosed' down, so it's difficult to get dressed without getting wet! The changing room I finally got was covered in talc, so again, difficult to get dressed without my clothes being covered in it. Maybe it was just a 'timing' issue, but sadly it was all just an extremely unpleasant experience.

My son attends swimming lessons here and the pool is always well staffed and the changing rooms are clean. I would suggest they put more staff on front reception during enrollment weeks and have a dedicated member of staff for this so other patrons can still access the leisure centre quickly.

Great 25m pool with a baby pool and slide. Big and reasonably clean changing rooms (male, female and family). Ice rink is great and skate hire is optional. There's a big gym overlooking the pool and ice rink. Bowling ball and tennis Hall. There's also a nice little cafe
