   I walk through the doors, into a familiar place, Lady Octavia Sports Centre, where I found my grace. Autumn air, feels like I’m back again, And I see the courts, where memories begin. I left my gear by the old locker room, The scent of victory, amidst the echoing boom. We’re tackling drills, we’re running laps, In that golden glow, where time perhaps, stands still. Oh, your pools were shining blue, We were younger then, oh, what we knew, When my heart raced fast, in that cherished view, Lady Octavia, I remember you, all too well. Your gym’s a stage, where sweat and dreams entwine, Weights clink like whispers, in an athlete's mind. I played those games, in the echo of the crowd, In the stands they cheered, oh, they were proud. 'Cause here we conquered, every fear, every stride, In your halls, we learned, with courage as our guide. And time won’t forget, those triumphs etched in stone, In Lady Octavia’s embrace, we found a home.    Satnav took me to the wrong place and I stopped in for a toilet break. Strange set up for change rooms and toilets as no outer door. The showers and cubicles are visible (they do have doors) from the short corridor, which opens onto the indoor basketball court. Unsettling lack of privacy IMHO. Very quiet and hard to get to. Limited and tight parking area.

   I attended a party for my one year old grandson. The party before were late in leaving so we didn't get in till nearly 2 so had to set up very quickly. The staff should make sure there is plenty of time for people to set up for the next party

   A great sport facilities with a number of services including a gym and two football pitches, one large and another smaller one. The sport facility also provides a substantial sports hall. Parking doesn't appear to be too bad although I have been told it can get quite busy. All in all a great space.
