   We booked the large room holding 200 people for our engagement party and will definitely recommend this place as a venue. From the very start Jack managed the booking really well and ensured that we had everything we needed for the night. The resident DJ was amazing and so helpful making sure that he played all the songs we asked for. The security staff were really friendly and accommodating to all of our guests ( thankyou for looking after us Colin) and the bar staff warm, polite and friendly ( even made our elderly guests a cup of tea... thankyou all so so much for an amazing evening and making sure that we had the best night celebrating our engagement

   Consistently best nights out! Staff are very lovely & accommodating,in particular Jamie The new toilet facilities are fab, drinks most reasonably priced. Atmosphere always kind and joyful. Parking great too!

   Very disappointing & misleading of the NYE Bee Gees 2022 entertainment advertising last night. Booked tickets for this event Boxing Day at time of booking was there NO option of a seated ticket just standing £20 PT. Told last night by manager (after complaining) that the Event had initially been advertised as a seated event but then that they decided to offer out standing tickets at a later date. Confirmation email of my booking clearly stated that purchased tickets for seats will only be reserved until 8pm. My party of 4 had arrived at 7:30 (as stated that doors & bar open at 7pm) There were clearly 4x’s tables of 4 empty at 8:15 with ?DNA guests yet these were not offered out to us(standing) There was no facilities to leave coats or items etc so I assume we would’ve been expected to leave on floor as well as expected to stand for 6hrs leading up to celebration. Very disappointed & £80 out of pocket
