   Quite often so busy and bursting with litter that you might just as well be at a McDonald's or Burger King. Bath has lots of lovely cafes; walk a few hundred metres further and you'll start seeing them.

   I always find Pret a sophisticated eatery and their food is always fresh, beautifully prepared, wrapped and displayed. However, when it comes to breakfast, I suggest you avoid the pigs-in-blankets because, with the mustard pickle sauce they are served in, you could find at least two of them in your lap. They are very difficult to eat!

   I only came in to shelter from the rain - Bath has many fine cafes s no need to use this mediocre chain. Quick pleasant service at the counter. But Flat white coffee atrocious - watery, tasted like instant coffee. Sandwich ok but nothing special. Irritatingly a member of staff, returning from toilet, took away my baguette wrapper without asking. As the wrapper acts as a plate, I then had nowhere to rest my sandwich between bites. There were no napkins and the table was pretty dirty. Not impressed, won’t be visiting again.

   Excellent espresso - took a sip, swirled and perfect crema still lingers after like a minute. Coffee tastes just right, not burnt, and the juice is nutty and not sour. The shop is clean and staff are professional. They are all cheerful, courteous, helpful and well groomed. The shop manager deserves a big credit! Will definitely come again although I don’t live nearby

   I've been in here a quite few times, and I really enjoyed the mango sunrise drink. It's very refreshing. Food is good very tasty, with lots of places to sit down or a few seating areas outside on a nice sunny day. Definitely recommend popping in and having lunch it's really lovely. Definitely going back to try other food and drinks.

   No queue, unlike other coffee shops. Plenty of available seating. Drinks delivered quickly. Food is usually good, didn't have any on this visit. Atmosphere is down to the individuals own interpretation but the place is quite welcoming.

   Always such wonderful service at the designer outlet pret. I'm a regular with the same order mostly, and most of the staff remember me which I think is incredible considering how busy it is and how many faces they must see. Always fast service with drinks made exactly how I like it. Well done team!!

   I like pret coffee & food. BUT when 9 tables are already taken at lunchtime with single folk working on laptops there's no room for us to sit & have lunch..& it wasnt just us! Can you have a time limit for those working in coffee shops please? Not against it but maybe after 1.5 hours they need to find somewhere else? Or expand your shop & create a warm room working space?? Thankyou

   There were no tables for paying customers to sit. Teenagers taking up tables with no food in front of them and a few on computers. When I realised there were no tables I kindly asked one If I could sit and eat my lunch. He lied said the table was reserved. I realised now I should have just sat down. I payed extra to dine inside and I ended up eating outside in the cold! Never again!

   Really tasty food and lovely staff, my only complaint is sometimes I like to come in and study or just go on my phone. As there is no service in the area I'm forced to use their WiFi which is SO slow its unbearable. So promptly after eating my meal I leave to study elsewhere.
