   Would give them zero stars if I could. Been an absolute nightmare to get refund. Called over 10 times & sent 14 emails, asked to speak with a manager who didn't call back. No one is available, always in meetings and never call back. Its been over 4 weeks since we requested and still waiting and chasing! Requested another call back from a manager today but still waiting.....

   At the age off 77 I have been with Flint for many many years. In those years I have had problems, the last being when parked with all lights on znd in a safe place, as I thought, I was rammed by a vehicle at high speed while the driver eat his McDonalds. Well that is what he told the woman behind me that took his details. I called the Flint emergency line. I was collected, along with my possessions from the car. The car was loaded onto the vehicle and I was taken home first before my vehicle went onwards. One does not want this to happen, but when it does all is taken care of. Flint are brilliant, their staff to speak with are so very friendly. I will go nowhere else right to the moment that I can no longer drive.

   Extremely poor customer service from cradle to grave. Little to no comms and try to pressure sell insurance 12 hours before policy's are due to expire. Highly advise not to use.

   Spoke to Flint quite late in the day to arrange a fleet policy for our company, spoke to one of their advisors Ben who was really helpful and managed to sort us out with cover quickly and smoothly. Definately worth speaking to these guys come renewal time!

   Just tried to cancel my insurance for my scrapped van and was told it would cost me £80 in admin fees! plus....plus.....plus. wanted over £140 just to cancel it. Been with Flint for in excess of 30 years had several problems but lived with it because it was easier. Will not be using Flint for my future renewals.

   Have my Home Insurance through Flint, and was advised about a cheaper quote for my renewal through them, via a different underwriter. Made it simple and easy for me to update my quote for extra cover at the point of renewals as well. Was also the cheapest quote I had, with the same cover. Very helpful service! Would highly recommend.
