Bishop Estate puts customer first based on my experience with them over the years and especially with the recent management style where they split their charges into two to ensures the landlord earns some money at the end of the month instead of taking their fees outrightly and at once but are considerate of the landlord and also manages situation with the tenant very well as related to handling and fixing issues. Not many agents will act this way. This is a plus and they deserve a 5 star.”

“I booked my airport transfers to and from my hotel in Prague through Prague Experience. I was very happy with the service. Both drivers we had, Martin and Emil, were friendly, courteous and on-time. It was our first time in Prague and we didn't want the hassle of carrying our luggage on a bus or train from the airport. In spite of a delay at customs/immigration, Martin was waiting for us as expected. In fact, Prague Experience had contacted us via cell phone when we failed to show up on time to verify our arrival and provide directions on where to meet our driver. Unfortunately, my phone's battery was dead and I didn't get the call or message. No worries--Martin was still waiting for us in the arrivals hall as promised. On our return transfer, there was no need to call and verify our reservation. We exited our hotel and Emil was waiting at the curb to take our bags right on time. They both spoke English and answered any questions we had about the area. Highly recommended!”
