They took over the cleaning of our closes from CAS they are night and day in the way the close is actually cleaned now , Well done this is how a cleaning company should fulfill contracts

I saw this company performing green site maintenance in my neighborhood, the spot is enjoyed by dog walkers, or was, before it was reduced to miserable state. The site was nicely sectioned by green growth enveloping paths. There was a single red currant bush in the middle of the field that bore fruit every summer - gone now. The chopping was non-selective and I am not sure how the site benefited from it. I saw one guy cutting down a tree with an inadequate piece of equipment that has a long handle and hovers just above the ground. They left behind lots of bits of cut bushes and branches, so it does look like a plant graveyard now. What made the site great - the plants, are largely gone and now all the rubbish, that no one thought to pick up and remove as well, is prominent and exposed. It's sore to the eye. The decision to treat like that a green site that offered so much biodiversity and has its inhabitants that might have been hibernating under the ground due to time of the year is questionable. After the maintenance things are meant to look better, not worse than they did before anything was done. Was the point to make it flat and empty? This site wasn't treated with care and respect that it deserved in my opinion and the damage can't be undone, it will be years before it can regenerate and thrive again.
Workers think there right cause you've asked to clean there mistake by standing at your door making assumptions but when you challenge them at the door is a posh voice comes on ect . Maybe do the job you've been sent to do instead a missing sticky patches n saying its wet

Garden maintenance - average. Teaching my 5 and 7 year old boys every swear word under the sun - world class! You need to have a word with your employees. Right outside the windows shouting and swearing before 9 a.m.
Two employees parked outside my door 8.30am. Standing swearing and spitting. I came out the door on my way to the shops and decided I would try and have a gentle word and before I could one employee spat on the pavement less than a metre from me then gave me a look that made it clear I shouldn't address the matter. I phoned the number on their van about 6 times and left several messages. No reply. Again today 29/05/20 their are 2 vans parked outside my home, it's early and it's hot, people's windows are open and 4 people I can only describe as scum are standing in the street using obscene language. Disgusting
MaxSafe have used Caledonian Maintenance when we needed our office's and training rooms needed a spruce up. The guys came in and moved all the equipment, freshened the paint and shampooed all the carpets. On a personal note the Landscape team removed all the grass from my back garden and prepared the ground for the laying of artificial grass. They also created two patios and a base for a summer house. Fantastic work at a reasonable price. I'd have no hesitation, and already have, recommended them to friends and family. 5 Star service.
