I stayed at the Radisson Blu for a long weekend when visiting friends and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always happy to help — they really made the stay feel special. The location is absolutely perfect being central (the airport bus drops you off beside it) with everything you need close by, from pubs, restaurants to takeaways and shops making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The river walk was lovely at this time of year and It's also easily within walking distance to the xmas market. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout. And if the weather is bad they will also lend you a brolly. Overall, a brilliant stay and I’d happily return. Highly recommended!

Stayed at the hotel for the weekend to celebrate a family birthday. The room was spotless with great views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A lot of selection for breakfast and absolute great location. The bus from the airport dropped us right outside the hotel and returned from the hotel also. We will definitely be back

Stayed here for the weekend last week on a trip to Bristol. We have stayed here a couple of times before, so was our first choice for a hotel this time. Check in was fine and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good, a decent size. We had a superior room I think. Clean and had everything we needed. Nice big windows too to see the city. Location was perfect for us, exactly where we wanted to be. Will certainly come here again in the future.

We stayed in the Radisson Blu in Bristol last weekend and had such a comfortable stay. We received a warm welcome on arrival, check in was seamless. Our room was on a premium floor and the view of the harbour was lovely, especially lit up at night. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean and we slept amazingly on both nights. The location couldn’t be better, walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. A special mention for Danya who looked after us and made the trip so easy and enjoyable, one we will remember for a long time. We are looking forward to returning again soon! Thanks so much!

A great place to stay, right in the heart of the city, we stayed for one night as we came to see the Jersey Boys, it was close to the theatre with plenty of entertainment on the doorstep. We checked in online before we got to the hotel, which was easy. We parked in the NCP car park which was recommended by the hotel, on departure we gave the lady on reception our parking ticket, paid £18 and she issued us a second ticket, put both in the machine when leaving the car park and worked like a dream, also minimal distance to walk to get to the hotel. . The room was clean, and a decent size, a Huge bed which was so comfortable, the bathroom was a decent size and the shower was very powerful. The hotel always had a fresh clean smell to it and felt very welcoming and safe. We really enjoyed our stay, we highly recommend it. Thank you for making our anniversary special, will definitely stay again.

The hotel it's self was nice enough. However, you don't expect to pay £200 a night for a hotel and have random people walk in your room at 4am. This is exactly what happened to me during a trip on 3rd December. Luckily the twin room was occupied by myself and a friend, but it could have been alot worse if the occupants were vulnerable. At the time I told the two men who walked it to get out, in no uncertain terms. I questioned this with the front desk, asking if the key cards often allow you access to other peoples rooms. They said they would look into the matter, but I've had no response.

Perfect place, lovely staff, but we won't be back . The WiFi was non-existent for most of the time but the worst thing was the gloomy gloomy room . We ended up with every light on , the bathroom door open and the TV on and the curtains open and it was still too dark . Can't comment on cleanliness because we couldn't see . Had to take the hairdryer into the bathroom ...great health and safety . The staff on reception have to sit in semi darkness all day too. No sockets near the bed either. It wasn't cheap so I am disappointed.

Room was comfortable and view was nice. Room service has a £5 delivery fee which seems totally excessive coming from the ground floor up a few levels. The key cards reset everyday but you can fix at the desk but not ideal.

Me and my partner stayed here and I was quite happy with the results. The staff were really friendly and check in was fast. Had an amazing view and the room was clean and comfy. Would love to come back here again for more than one night! Definitely we'll deserving of its 4 stars!
