Wouldnβt pay for it. If you get it free then maybe itβs worth it but not for Β£35 each. The aspire lounge is nice in theory but when we were there it was busier than the actual airport and very loud. There isnβt that much room and the food is super limited. Not great at gluten free/vegan options in meals and the meal choices arenβt amazing anyway. Yeah it looks nice but itβs very overpriced and underwhelming. I wouldnβt go again unless I got it as a perk/for free, as itβs not worth Β£70. We ended up leaving early. They do have scones/cakes/tea/coffee and lots more etcβ¦ which is good. The staff were lovely too

My first time in an airport lounge and it was free on this occasion with my business flight. Staff were very pleasant. Lovely welcome, bar staff and food staff were helpful and friendly. The lounge was not overly busy and it was a welcome relief not to be sat in the noise of the airport. I am vegetarian and there was a good selection of food. Either I came on a good day or the other reviewers are the issue. Thanks for a pleasant rest before my (delayed) flight.

Friendly staff, checking in was easy. Good (not excellent) food and drinks choice. Breakfast food couldβve been hotter, but it was ok. Not very busy at all (Monday morning). Very comfortable and relaxing. A great way to wait for your flight and well worth it.

Polite and kind staff on hand to look after you, before flying out. It is not pretentious at all, which made me feel more relaxed. The lounge is stylish and clean, with an excellent range of inclusive food and drink.

Sat here now, arrived at 0755 today, 25/10/21. Receptionist helpful on arrival. Bar staff welcoming and kind, she went to ask for me if veggie sausages were available. She was informed by the chef/shift manager that there were veggie sausages, but they couldn't be cooked because the lounge was closing at 0900. I asked the chef/shift manager directly, he told me it takes 25 minutes to cook veggie sausages so I couldn't have any. Then told me there are other things I could eat. I don't want to appear ungrateful for the unsolicited dietary tips from the irascible, unwelcoming shift manager - but I'm aware that I'm capable of eating foods other than veggie sausages. I've just overhead another customer having a similar conversation with the same guy. I'm in the Quiet Area but I could hear this guy telling the (helpful) bar staff that they need to be cleaned down by 0900 and if anything isn't done, it's her fault. Wow. One hour and five minutes is not long enough to cook a couple of veggie sausages at the Aspire Lounge so maybe arrive an additional hour earlier for your 9am flight if you're veggie/vegan and want more than mushrooms and beans. If you arrive around 8am be prepared to feel as though the lounge closed an hour ago and you're essentially a nuisance. The lounge itself is comfortable and well-equipped, so it's a shame the management is absolutely dire.
