Me and my wife had such a great experience in here, staff was very helpful. They make us feel welcomed. Stuff was so cheerful and smiley. Suzi looked after us and she makes us very confident showed everything one by one and made sure we understand everything. Very good price very good service thank you for everything.
Had a lovely experience at Jan Stewart Prams. Assisted by Julie she was more than happy to show us all different prams and demonstrate their abilities. Compared with other pram stores this was a much more calm and personal experience.
Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! I bought a pushchair for my grandson & was shown every feature & a detailed run through on how to fold & operate . The experience was so good I returned to purchase a full nursery cot, dresser, wardrobe , bedding set. Very quick collection. I had a small issue with a missing part on the changing station and the staff personally drove to my house with the missing item within 15 minutes ! This is a company to put your trust in 100% I was absolutely so impressed by their professionalism . Thank you !
Highly recommend. We got our full travel system (showroom model) plus 2 car seats and some other bits for the same price as we would have paid for the exact same travel system online. The girls were lovely, and really helpful. We will definitely be back for some other bits in the future.
Just went and collected our pram and isofix. Can't recommend these guys enough so helpful from the start. Isofix fitted and everything explained. Friendly staff are amazing and so helpful. If I could give them more stars I would.
Went today with my mum to view integrated travel system prams. Was greeted by Angie who was amazing and so knowledgeable. Such a lovely, happy, memorable experience. Resulted in my mum and me falling in love with one of the pram systems and being decidedly decisive on purchasing it today. Thanks Angie for being you and making it such a special day that we didn’t even anticipate was going to happen today!
Lovely staff when you are looking to spend money but will say anything to get the sale, including that your pram has a lifetime guarantee. But if you have an issue with the product the aftercare is appalling. Then Jan got involved and was utterly vicious, truly shocked at the way I was spoken to and treated.
I purchased a silver cross pram package / bundle. I had some issues with wheels and my hood . Jan the owner and John the technician were so helpful in resolving my issues with the manufacturer . John provides amazing after care service. . I have revisited the shop to purchase my child's car seat and John provided great information on safety and functionality of the seats .
Absolutely fantastic experience buying our first ever pram today. Suzie was excellent, she took the time to take us through a few options based on our requirements (able to handle rough terrain), and found us the perfect travel system. The one she recommended was also #1 on the Which? Best buy guide for prams so super safe and sturdy. We had a lovely day out with no stress and were just thrilled. Thanks again, can't wait to pick the pram up a few weeks before baby arrives!
