Took my sen kids tobogganing was a small group of 8 -10 children. 30 minutes Was alot of money as had marshmallow & Sparklers after. Was a treat . Had fake snow machine which was a surprise. They loved that. All my kids enjoyed Even the little one She did 20 minutes non stop Very unlike her. Was nice to see. tho my children got hyper at the woodland area . You don't do sen only sessions or i would book that . Would recommend I would take my kids back to tobogganing .

Excellent dry ski slope nestled in Mendip hills with lots of varied terrain, gentle slopes for beginners and steeper sections for intermediate / advanced (moguls, ramps) and two lift systems available servicing the ski runs. Lots of other activities on offer besides skiing / snowboarding including frisbee golf, archery, tobogganing etc. Overall site has a nice alpine feel to it and the staff are always really helpful and friendly.

We were a group of 36 including kids. We had an overnight stay at Mendip. It was a beautiful site, had ample open space, comfortable and clean tents. Easy check in and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We had a great three night stay at Basecamp. The campsite is great, it has plenty of facilities and a relaxed atmosphere. It's quiet at night even when busy. Staff are really helpful. Over our stay we had canoeing, paddleboarding and skiing sessions at Mendip Activity Centre - three of the party had some experience skiing so had a private lesson and were thrilled to have it confirmed that they are at a recreational level and can now ski independently at the centre. Another two really enjoyed the Try Skiing class. We also played frisbee golf which was great fun! All the activities were great, staff are knowledgeable and relaxed, adapting each session to the needs and abilities of the participants. This was our third stay at Basecamp and won't be our last. Highly recommend the campsite and all the activities!

Children had a great time tobogganing..good value for half an hour. Safe and super fun. Also did the frisbee golf which they loved although the younger children got a bit fed up after around 9 holes so a shorter course might have been better. Quite a hilly/slippery route so be aware if anyone has mobility issues.
