   I cannot praise the pharmacists at Superdrug highly enough! They are always so helpful, professional, and efficient in dealing with any concerns. Every time I visit, they take the time to listen, offer expert advice, and ensure I leave with the right solution. The service here is so much better than going through the hassle of trying to get a GP appointment. Instead of waiting weeks to see a doctor, the pharmacists are available to provide support and guidance on a range of issues, making the whole experience so much more convenient. A huge thank you to the Superdrug pharmacy team for their dedication and excellent customer care – you truly make a difference! Highly recommend!

   Pharmacy to open at 12:00 on a Sunday but Pharmacist (Ameen) doesn’t bother turning up until 12:25, casually sauntering in sporting a Stone Island hoodie, looking as though he’s ready for a scrap with some football lads. Further, no apologies to the staff members hes let down, or the customers waiting in line for their prescriptions. Sloppy, sloppy standards!

   I recently visited Asda at the Avenue Shopping Centre in Newton Mearns, and I had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, and the customer service was top-notch. While I was shopping in Superdrug, I was deciding which men's perfume to buy and asked a staff member for some advice. I think she misheard me, as she thought I was referring to the car brand "Mercedes." However, she quickly clarified that her name was actually Mercedes, and we both had a good laugh about it. I complimented her on having such a unique and memorable name, which made the interaction even more enjoyable. Mercedes really stood out for her professionalism and her great sense of humor, so I’d give her a 10/10 for customer service!

   I wish I’d got the gentleman’s name, but the prescribing pharmacist who was on duty today, 23/09/2024 was brilliant. My GP couldn’t fit me in today but was keen for me to be seen due to my symptoms and asked me to attend a pharmacy. The pharmacist was very thorough, assessed my symptoms and prescribed the required antibiotics, etc. He was very personable and reassuring and a customer facing role is definitely the right thing for him. Thank you again, sir. And I’ll be back if needed.

   i’m sure most of the staff here are lovely but one staff member very obviously did not want me in the store and it was a very hostile experience. i was looking at products in the makeup section and was not leaning close to any of the products because i know it’s not uncommon for people to assume i’m stealing because i’m a brown woman, but this staff member came right up behind me very close and as i moved down the aisle stayed exactly on my tail, not doing any task and just following me until he had basically pushed me out the store. i think it was very obvious that he was not doing any task and wanted me to feel watched, but there was no reason to assume i was doing any wrong and i think that behaviour from him is really unacceptable. it’s true that because of how i look there is some kind of unconscious bias against me, but even if this staff member felt he needed to keep an eye on me to prevent me from stealing, he could have done so from a respectable distance instead of breathing down my neck and pushing me out the shop. he wasn’t even a security guard, just a regular store assistant who took it upon himself to personally supervise my shopping. very unpleasant and very hostile. i hope something is done about his behaviour.

   My wife was in today looking for some baby formula for our 3month old. The pharmacist was being very difficult with my wife refusing to give an emergency supply despite having in stock resulting in my wife being very upset in the store. Really disappointed as we had heard this was a great pharmacy however the way this was handled today was very poor.
