Really good store. Mostly able to find what I’m looking for in here.

Used to be the best shop in the area. Was in a couple of times a day. Think they must have a new manager or something as the staff always look miserable all of a sudden and the quality of produce has went down. Can't even buy a morning roll there anymore because they are always stale these days.

Fed up with the deliveries...( absolutely nothing to do with drivers) but those picking and packing the orders..Ordered a big chicken with veg and starters and stuff..they send everything but the chicken...so there was not one chicken in the whole store...its a massive problem when you can order it online.....dinner completely ruined...tried phoning store but nobody ever answers the phone....hey Manager your customer service and support is awful...

Constantly seeing the staff just floating around on there phones , shelf's are almost always bare and when stocking does happen boxes are all over the floor , quality of staff is poor with a couple of them being brilliant.

Manager a shambles, no customer service at all. Very cheeky and aggressive when dealing with minor complaint. Obviously no staff training

This has been a co-op supermarket since the stone age. It's not really changed. There is a part of it that has changed a lot, however, a post office, electricity showroom and whatnot. But the rest has been unchanged for decades. Which is strangely reassuring. It has exactly what you would expect. I find it a tad expensive for some things but it does some things other supermarkets don't. It must be doing something right as it's a fixture. EDIT: Mar 2022 - Co-op must've read my review because it has been refurbished to bring the entire store up-to-date, and it is very nice. They even have self-serve check-outs.

Can’t rate this store any lower shambles ? Manager less than helpful, totally avoid this place will not be back head office will get email but nothing done

Thanks for being open so early on a Sunday but £1.45 for a tin of heinz beans is mental. Such high prices all over the store for the basic things.

Find this to be one of the better supermarkets around. Although small they do offer a wide variety of produce at good quality. They also do a delivery service which can be at your house in 2 hours...like can't gribble with that.
