I was in your Shawlands Store earlier today....which is my local Store. I was acknowledged, welcomed and served by THE most loveliest young woman called Gemma. Her customer service was 100% brilliant. She has such a kind and caring approach she really does. Gemma deserves to be Employee of the Year!! Superdrug needs more amazing employees such as Gemma.. 3 for £3 offer on travel size products is a con as they have things on the same shelfing that is not part of the offer. When you complain at the till when you are charged differently, you get told it is only selected items, and if you dont like phone head office.
