   I went on Tuesday the 18th of November and a lovely beautiful girl approached me at the Chanel counter, she supported me through the entire process of helping me find the best makeup fit for me and trust me with the makeup she applied on me, I’ve never felt better in my skin. She made the entire process beautiful from A to Z. At the end of my experience I asked her for her name and it was Xena. Beautiful girl. Will be back again for her.

   This is the first time I’ve written a negative review. I’ve had several disappointing experiences with the staff in the beauty section, and my most recent one was in the perfume section. I approached one lady for help, and she said she wasn’t responsible for perfumes—but minutes later, I saw her assisting another customer there. Two other staff ignored me even after I made eye contact, and the one who finally helped did so reluctantly, looking unhappy about it. This made me wonder whether this behaviour was general poor service or discrimination because of my hijab. It’s very different from what I usually experience in stores like John Lewis, where staff are consistently polite and welcoming. I didn’t note the names of the Boots staff because I’ve decided not to return. I prefer places where staff are more approachable, and genuinely willing to help.

   I was in store looking for some makeup products for my wedding and Lauren helped me to pick the right products and gave me a full face makeup. She also advised to pop in for some makeup lessons they do. She was absolutely amazing❤️❤️

   It is still one of the best places for cosmetics, skin and body care, and medicine. This branch is very big. It is located inside the buchanan gallery. Each time I buy from boots, I get something special, either a discount or free gift, and many other things. Just don't forget your advantage card, and if you are a student, just bring your ID to any boots branch, and you will get an additional student discount.

   Tried to buy a new pair of doc martins, unfortunately this shop doesn't do what it says on the tin. Good range of medicine though, next time I have piles, this will be my first port of call. Always good for avoiding a pain in the arse.

   Wonderful experience today at Boots Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow when I visited to print a photo of my new born granddaughter from my mobile phone. I was having some difficulty with the process when the very helpful & friendly assistant Amy stepped in to help me print it. Top class customer service from a highly trained & motivated member of staff.

   Everything is available. medicine, clothes,food, makeup, perfumes and more. Students get discounts. Points card available as well.They have a good ideas for gift and alot of offers especially in the Xmas time. I recommend to go here if you are looking for presents.
