   This shops at it with your parcels. Thats twice they've claimed not to have received a parcel. We have now been sent the Proof of Delivery , having previously visited the shop & phoned the shop on 2 separate occasions. I spoke to a guy & a women ( English accent ) and they seem clueless, they're either at it or genuinely just not got a scooby doo to what they're actually supposed to be doing.

   I popped in to stock up on a couple of essentials whilst staying in the area on business. The store is well stocked, but the girl behind the counter was too engaged in conversation with another person: no eye contact with me, no "hello". Just kept chatting away like I didn't exist. Zero respect, zero manners and customer service? Non existent. Avoid this place.

   I've visited this store numerous times, but the girl behind the counter may not be interested in working there. Her service is terrible, and her conduct is the worst. I wouldn't recommend this store while she's there since she should learn how to interact with people.

   If you have an Amazon package to collect from here, the moment you reach the till, they will tell you to step out of the que so that they can serve other customers first. You will be served very last. You basically are lower than other customers. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I'll never be back for any service.

   I called them regarding a 3 item order and they have provided a 140g instead of a 190g of hatibo star mix from the snappy shopper app however the hanged the phone uo when I was trying to advise just to refund me the 29p difference so they know to update on what the provide using the 3rd party app however I was told we will refund you you the haribo however I asked I don't mind the 29p I just wanted then to understand... I had no chance to explain further how it would help improve their service and to be fair however hanged up on me from the "..." I have now learned my lesson through snappy shopper to check the address of where I'm ordering of the reviews before using that app as seems mostly 1 starts now. Thank you to anyone that's ready this message and also thank you to the shop if you do actually want to improve what retail is.

   I’m normally satisfied with most things in life, including people who are a bit off (everyone could be having a bad day), but the person who dealt with me recently was incredibly rude. I agree with most of the reviews on this place. Shocker.

   Hello, very bad customers service. I went to return a Amazon parcel and the employee spoke me badly with any reason. Clearly they don't want to accept Amazon returns and speak rudely to customers. But they will receive the money from the company anyway. Please, don't buy there. They deserve to close. Jose

   Good wee local shop. Lived here for 7 years now and got to know the staff who are all friendly. Made a few suggestions for things to get and they got them, so that's handy to know! Plus it's a 24 hour shop and offsales, you can't really go wrong with that, especially since it's a 70 second walk from my flat.
