What is the actual deal with this place, can they not make customers feel welcome and maybe smile. You don’t like your job change it and you may not seem so miserable….oh and do not delete this review because you don’t like it, hundreds do not like your shop!
There is no where to get decent coffee around here. This shop has now got a Lavassa self serve coffee machine, and its really nice coffee!!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the store was well-stocked.i have a problem with the royal mail parcel and she handled it Looking forward to my next visit
Ishfaq is a very great member of staff! 10/10 service and very friendly. I was having some issues with my card which he provided advice on resulting in everything working out. He was very considerate and patient with me being a customer. Good job!
Shopped here regularly for years and not sure if the shop changed hands or just acquired new staff however service is now terrible and staff are unfriendly and rude. Not what you expect from a local convenience store so unfortunately won’t be back. I wish the old staff well as they were always welcoming and chatty.
Thoroughly miserable staff in this shop, it is really off-putting, the general demeanour is that the staff don’t want customers. Doubt I’ll go back.

Very surprised to see no staff wearing masks (while face coverings still required in Scotland in retail spaces). Been there several times in the last few weeks. Each time no member of staff was wearing a mask.
Will give them a 3 because just bought selection of cakes 2 sponge with icing and you could use them as fire lighters stale and dry, the shop is good ,good selection of stuff and staff are nice ,need to keep an eye on the fresh stuff
