No longer just the security guard that will follow you around. Staff makes it very obvious if you are not white, they think you stealing. Literally the worst store ive been to in glasgow.
Was in store yesterday 26th November around 3-4pm and served by young assistant with pastel dyed (pink and blue I think) wavy hair. Unfortunately she had quite very unpleasant manner/ attitude as if she really didn't want to be working behind that counter. I was friendly enough with her but her stone faced, abrupt manner made me feel very uneasy and not wanting to go back. Most staff are ok but she was really awful. I'm a regular at this store for all my toiletries and will probably think twice about going if she's on the tills. Superdrug need to sort this out. There are a few others that have a bad attitude/ demeanour and it's unacceptable. As a customer I deserve the courtesy I extend to others.
The Superdrug on 167 Sauchiehall St, Glasgow the customer service is horrific. For last couple of months it has gotten worst , even at till they are so rude. I really don’t feel comfortable shopping there anymore I don’t need an attitude from staff when I am doing errands . However the Superdrug in argle street are supper friendly and they know how to treat their customers better.
Staff are friendly and very polite. Affordable health and beauty shop.
Good collection and good prices. They have some good offers. However, there are many collections, and brads are not found here. Also, I asked before 3 times whether they have La Roche Posay brand, and they told me we don't offer it, just go online, but I found it today in store, many products from La Roche Posay.
follows anyone young looking about the shop and strip searched a MINOR without an adult present because the sensors went off as she walked out but when she walked through them again they didn't go off
Very unhappy with in-store experience. Came for a click+collect which wasn't ready for some reason so had to wait 10+ min to get it and the staff was extremely unpleasant and rude although I was being patient and polite
Me and my friends were shopping in our school uniforms. Because of this we were followed all around the shop by both the security guard and the staff. Both the people who were following us were looking us up and down and giving us dirty looks. We were so creeped out and feel so uncomfortable so we left. As we were leaving the security guard called us back and accused us of stealing the product we were looking at. They made us walk back into the shop and show them exactly where we put them back. I felt so humiliated and upset and so embarrassed. This was purely due to our age. We will not be returning that’s for sure.
Went into Superdrug in argyle street in Glasgow and the customer service was poor. Workers were friendly however seemed extremely tired and overworked. I believe that this is due to the managers as I’ve been in a job where managers have over worked me and I’ve acted the same way. They seemed to hate eachother as didn’t even look or talk to eachother
Don’t be deceived by the name. This place sells beauty products and not super drugs or rather super beauty drugs. Everything is neatly displayed and spacious.
