Zero customer service by lady caitlen at the till was not allowed to see a bottle of perfume as the shop assistdnt cheekly said to me that i might runaway with it. .. there is million of products on the shelf. That customers i have seem pocket. I will ask someobe else to serve me. .
I used to love this store but a recent visit had me walk out of the store in disgust. I won't ever set foot in this branch again because of the way I was spoken AT by a customer service person. Clearly she was having a bad day but her tone, body language and attitude was disgraceful for no reason, and I was the target because I asked to pay for/book threading treatment.
I think super drug is a great store always good deals on and the staff are very helpful

I really love the staff and shop in general but just had a bad experience with one of the eyebrow girls. The usual girl is lovely but I have just been spoken to rudely by the replacement. Doubt I will be rushing back there...
