It took them over 6 weeks to reply to a simple online request for an initial consultation to see if they could help me. When they finally replied, they said they didn't have the capacity to help! Woeful example of customer service......
Just based on how they answered the phone - disinterested and dismissive. I would avoid and take your money elsewhere. I’d recommend for this business to get a new receptionist as I can’t be the only potential client that has been put off by this!
I have now had repeated experiences from young juniors on initial enquiry to this Company, - over the phone -, which looks to be just what I need, but I can't get through them and their seeming uncaring and non knowledgeable way at outset. Yes truth so And not good enough I would say. And threatens already tried folk who NEED BADLY help our minds and days so. Yes. Would be horrid for you to know the same be a wholly counter productive depressing move to try to seek work from them. Do I lie? when speaking with them as yesterday, or do they treat distressed and very ! concerned worried that we are no further left on our own battling those with more power and position thst we I and any can get true simple sound & even small amount needed, but hugely importantly needed and battling to get such true wsy we are each due of true legal support as we are due in the Laws of the land. The lack of whst o truly experienced, did I ? I believe was wholly off beam below the standards expected of such a role. And they need some review of their job duties. In case they turn away such as I in ways one cannot and should truly not be expected to hsve to cope with. On intisl enquiry to any legal firm of one such as Duncan Lewis Solicitors seems to truly be and ardently seek to stand for. By their online details posted . And when the online profile of this company & to whom I was personally recommended by (another?) top law firm in Bristol, that they would be a correct for my, slightly complex needs they told me ....and my not quite so straightforward needs so. I hope on my feeling I must post this that the Company will make full amends and I will be able to take this review down and say how in the end and today even they contact me and hear my needs through prooerly and by one of senior enough knowledge so as to know to what my case is about. I tried to explain to one and then another of the 3 separate young staff who spoke with me before my tried mind and life wider gave up.!
