Metalworx is the only place I will go for piercings, always friendly, extremely professional and very helpful. I’ve had all of my piercings done at Metalworx and I’ve never had a bad experience with them. The staff are all lovely and I always feel welcome there. Prices are very affordable too. The shop is clean, and the new layout is great!!
Fantastic experience. Metalworx the most professional, safe and welcoming piercing shop I've ever been. Marcus did a wonderful job with my nip piercings. On top of being super friendly and explaning me everything, he was so quick and skilled that I couldn't believe it was already done. If you need a piercing and are lucky enough to be around, don't hesitate and go get it there. They won't disappoint.
I went today for a daith piercing and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end the receptionist was very helpful and welcoming and Marcus the person who completed the piercing was amazing talked me through each stage and what to expect, quick, clean and so professional would highly recommend and will definitely be going back!
I had my tongue pierced today by Jade, as well as my daughter’s nose and my wife’s septum and intimate parts. Jade, as well as the other lady who was there (sorry I’ve forgotten your name) were both so welcoming and were happy to do us as a walk in. Jade was amazing! Made us all feel so comfortable and we even had a laugh while my wife had her intimate parts pierced. I would recommend you to everyone! I will not be getting a piercing anywhere else from now on. 10/10! Well priced as well! Thank you ladies :) x

Marcus did a great job reassuring my daughter during the septum piercing process. He took his time, explaining every step as he went and my daughter left happy. Got sent detailed aftercare instructions after the appointment. The place looks immaculate and there's a wide variety of jewelry available.
Staff were really helpful, professional and polite, Marcus did my daughters peircing putting her at ease throughout they procedure and the young woman at desk, never caught her name was super helpful in a query I had about jewellery great service, lovely clean shop, would highly recommend for any body piercing needs.
absolutely a 10/10 this place is amazing, i got my belly pierced by a trainee and she was absolutely amazing, talked me through everything, made sure i was comfortable, when the piercing was done i did feel a bit faint, however was nothing to do with pain, or the way something was done it was just my body that made me feel faint, however the trainee and the woman or trains her made me feel safe, laid me back down and went along with the pace i wanted to go at so i’m so thankful for them both, in love with my piercing!! and not to mention really good price!!
Myself and my daughter came here in March this year. She got her 2nd lobes done and I got my "flat" pierced. My daughters didn't heal and had to be removed but I will put that down to her own carelessness with aftercare. I chose a flower type piece of jewellery, beautiful piece - which since the person who pierced me didn't object to, I assumed was suitable for the initial piercing (though I didn't see the length of bar, only the front via the cabinet). Unfortunately, the bar on this jewellery was too short for an initial piercing - there was no room whatsoever for swelling. I've had antibiotics for an infection with this piercing and once that was over, I took the jewellery out to see what was going on as it just kept getting more and more painful, literally felt like my ear was getting crushed. I'm pretty experienced with piercings (I have 25),and I could not believe the piercer felt this jewellery was suitable! I replaced it with a longer bar and it feels a lot better, swelling has went down since changing it. I do remember the piercer having some difficulties trying to tighten the jewellery when they put it in, so I really don't understand why she didn't realise the bar was way too short. The studio was nice and clean and looked professional. I'm just disappointed at my experience and it has put me off returning if I'm honest.
