   I got my piercings done there by Esther! She's so warm and friendly. She has so many options for jewelry even when you're getting a new piercing. She does a great job. if you're looking to get a piercing, I cannot recommend her enough!!

   Shop is spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and helpful, had consultation with Lewis , never had one before with any of my tattoos, but set my mind at rest that I was making right decision with Set Sail. Absolutely brilliant tattoo just finished today 2nd sitting! I've already booked in for another cover up on my forearm as Lewis work is excellent! No hesitation in recommending Set Sail!

   I have had a few piercings done by Esther, and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. She is patient, knowledgeable, very chatty and puts you at ease. The aftercare provided after your piercing is also fab. Once your piercing has had time to settle/heal, Esther downsizes the jewellery bars free of charge, which is amazing. Look forward to coming again soon.

   I couldn't recommend here enough. Was in seeing Sean who added on to a old tattoo for me and done a amazing job could have actually have fell asleep while he was tattooing. Then popped in to see Esther for a few piercings. Was a wee bit worried but she put my mind at ease and was over in seconds. 10000% will return for any future tattoos and piercings. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I've had a fair few tattoos here, as have my husband and daughter and my other daughter has had piercings here. I can honestly say this shop is the BEST place to come for any of those services. From first contact with Victoria, who is accommodating, polite and also funny, to the actual artists themselves. My husband and I have been to Louis (wjo happens to be Victoria's husband) many times, every time you're guaranteed an amazing inkwork and good chat. My eldest has had work from Annmarie, also amazing work. I've seen Nicole, Shaun and Hannahs work and it's all top notch. My 16 year old has had piercings by Esther and there wasn't anything that Esther didn't tell her about aftercare, including a follow up appointment to make sure everything is healing well. On the subject of aftercare, as long as you LISTEN to your person, you'll have no problems. But if you do fall unlucky, they are happy to take a look and advise you on solutions. One final thing I'd say about Set Sail, is I'm so glad I found this place. They are the nicest people I've met and quite often in the face of people having keyboard tantrums. Victoria needs a medal!
