   Had my daughters ears done today and I could not be more pleased with the service Pauline was our server and made my little one so happy and comfortable that it made the experience so much better for me too, as I was feeling guilty!    Not happy there was a deal going on when I was there you get 3 times you get another one free that did not come off on the receipt so I went back into the shop to ask and they change their story saying it was Six things And you get one free shocking

   Had my girls 7th birthday party here today. 9 girls in total....the staff (didn't get their names) were brilliant with all of them. Patient & happy. Great party games....music & dress up too.....the girls had a ball....they loved the lip gloss eye shadow nails & jewels.....there were customers in shop also & the staff were great.....would highly recommend.....A great wee well stocked shop.....great friendly staff who are good at their jobs.

   I waited at Claire’s for a past 40 miniutes waiting for it to open even though it said it opened at 9am!!!! If the store is going to open later than 9 then make that noticeable for the customers thanks
