   Excellent service from Tech Support. Problem identified and replacement part sent out free of charge for a 14 year old installation, now working as new. Wow - we thank you so much, saved us a fortune if we had to replace the entire shower valve. *****

   Avoid this company , spent £1800 on a Fairmont vanity and it arrived damaged , second one arrived damaged . Nothing from customer services so my builders had to repair the second vanity to avoid further delays . Really regret this order . Wish I had read the reviews first , really poor company . Zero stars , save the hassle and just avoid them.

   Really poor customer service. Sent me the completely wrong items for my bathroom and stated human error occurs. I get human error but to get all the products wrong is not a human error. Caused significant delays in my building work as I had to chase replacements. Then was told I won't get any compensation. Would definetly avoid this company

   Overpriced products, this company thinks their furniture is made from gold with the prices they charge! They’re a normal bathroom manufacturer, nothing special. They need to stop thinking they are a designer brand. It’s all made in China

   The customer care and our experience of Roper Rhodes shower equipment is extremely poor. We bought two Henley showers with secondary hand held shower attachments. Unfortunately when the secondary shower is turned on the water pressure lifts the shower head out of its holder as the design is poor. We have been in long discussions with Roper Rhodes with no resolution, apology or recompense. Our only solution now is to permanently tie them into the holder with wire.
