Had an incredible time, we came for our 4 year anniversary and they were kind enough to have our dessert on the house. We also came on a Monday so there was an great deal on the big chops dishes. The sides were very good too, we had the sweet potato and chips. definitely recommend!!

Blacklock Soho: A Carnivore's Dream in the Heart of London I visited Blacklock Soho on a friend's recommendation, and I can wholeheartedly say I was not disappointed. This restaurant fully lives up to its motto, prominently displayed at the entrance: "For the love of chops." If you consider yourself a lover of perfectly cooked meat, this is your definitive destination. To start the evening, we enjoyed some savory hors d'oeuvres, followed by a surprisingly delicate and rich bone marrow-a great way to warm up the palate. We balanced the richness with a vibrant side of kale and parmesan salad, which was fresh and perfectly dressed. For the main event, I opted for the "All in One"-a masterful platter featuring a mix of beef, pork, and lamb chops served over a grilled flatbread. This dish was beautifully executed and seasoned perfectly. Considering the generous portions and its central Soho location, the pricing here is remarkably reasonable. The true magic lies in the cooking method; the charcoal grilling imparted a lovely, deep smokiness to the meats that elevated every bite. Each chop was tender, juicy, and cooked to an absolute ideal temperature. Beyond the food, the restaurant itself provides the perfect backdrop. The ambiance is relaxed and cozy, ideal for winding down and truly relaxing over a meal with friends. The atmosphere feels intimate yet buzzy. The service throughout the meal was both efficient and good, ensuring glasses were filled and courses were delivered seamlessly. Blacklock Soho isn't just a steakhouse; it's a celebration of simple, expertly handled ingredients. Highly, highly recommended.

We were absolutely impressed with our first experience at Blacklock Soho. The food was incredibly delicious, and I definitely recommend visiting this place at least once. The steak was juicy, slightly fatty in the best way, and cooked perfectly. We visited on Monday, and they were offering a great deal - Β£50 for a 650g steak, which I think is excellent value. The cheesecake is definitely worth trying: perfectly creamy, rich in flavor but not overly sweet. The berry sauce that came with it complemented it so well. My recommendation is to book a table in advance, because if you walk in, the waiting time can reach up to 1.5 hours. So, to be fair, I highly recommend making a reservation. I also want to highlight the service - it was absolutely wonderful. We especially loved Federico, who was incredibly kind, fun, and made the whole experience even more memorable. His presentation of the cheesecake was unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back!

This is everything you want from a steakhouse. Buzzing atmosphere, no bells and whistles, great staff, corkage and above all, top notch scran! The front-of-house lady was welcoming and warm. Our waiter for the evening, Phil, was fantastic all evening. The pigs head on toast was a nice warm up for the pallette, reminiscent of tender pulled pork and drizzled in that delightful Blacklock gravy. We brought a bottle 2018 Berry Bros and Rudd Zinfandel along with us (highly recommended with steak) and it was the cherry on top of our evening. The T-Bone chop was very nice. Although a little on the fatty side, it was cooked beautifully and tasted fresh. The grilled baby gems in anchovie dripping were quite nice but had a little fishy taste to it. The showstopper was the 600g prime rib steak. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned, juicy, tender, and didnt even need a sauce. The green sauce and Blacklock gravy were fantastic sauces however. The chips were spot on, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Yes the cheesecake is absolutely the go-to dessert here and it deserves such acclaim.

Better than the average. Their steak was fantastic. Went for the butchers cut, 300g sirloin, medium rare. Sadly a few inedible chewy bits which I had to dispose of but the seasoning and sides were incredibly well thought and became a mini buffet, taking your buds on a culinary adventure. A special shout out to the Ash roasted sweet potato. The chips were the best I've had in a steak house. Think authentic hand cut chipppy chips, but cooked in beef fat and extra crispy and incredibly pillowy soft on the inside. The bone marrow left me a little wanting, not a huge amount of flavour for something that is otherwise normally a flavour bomb. The salad added a much needed cut through the overall richness and doubled as a convenient palate cleanser. The white chocolate cheesecake was incredibly rich and ended what I felt was a very good meal. The service was very good and our waiter was incredibly positive and helpful. Thank you for a memorable meal, this was my first time and will definitely not be my last.

Best Sunday roast in London! If you like meet this is the place. Even the bloody Mary has a meaty hint, thick and punchy. We had the all in Sunday roast, and totally recommend it for a party of more than 2. The meat was exquisite but the veggies and potatoes were better than any other place in London! Donβt be put off by the gravy, itβs thinness is overcome by its rich flavour.

Food was excellent, had the βALL INβ for two. Meat was tasty and well cooked. Also cost is reasonable for the quality. Sides and starters also great. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Drinks also tasty, had a couple of cocktails. Interior is clean and has a cool decor. Recommend if in the area.

Incredible. This is one of the best chop houses I've ever eaten in! We ordered the 24Β£ "all in" plate for two and it was amazing, every one of the cuts was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. The prices are also super fair and overall the experience was great. The dessert we took was the white chocolate cheesecake which was also delicious. Don't forget to reserve a table though as many people were turned away when they wanted to just walk in and sit down.

My first visit to London and while searching for places for a good hearty meal I came across this little hot spot. The meat was cooked to perfection, the in house gravy was like nothing else I've had. I loved the pudding being home made and served as your mum would, epic!!! To top all of this off the underground venue with a industrial but cosy vibe was a great environment to be in with menus written on the steel beams. Will certainly visit again
