   A first class medical establishment. I reported in with a burnt hand and the treatment involved saw me making four visits. On each occasion, from reception to nursing, the friendliness, kindness, and professionalism was outstanding. I am very grateful for the care I received, for having been looked after so well.

   What a fantastic service. I visited today and from the second I arrived I was treated so well. The lady in Reception was very helpful & my treatment was first class. Dulcie looked after me with great support from Nicky and Vicki. Dulcie explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable - with water, a cup of tea and magazines on top of my treatment.They even found me a ‘phone charger. Thank you all for being so professional and having a sense of humour and showing genuine kindness. I could almost say I will be back - but hope not to be too soon!

   I took my 1 year old here at 5pm after vomiting all day and with blood in it, I was told there was an emergency and there was no one to check her over, to either phone the doctors or if she gets WORSE!!!! Than puking blood!! Call 111 Why open a hospital if no one is able to help. Fuming as I’m still new to the area and being a single mum I was extremely worried but, no one to help.

   Extremely rude member of staff when attempting to get information about my father, when I have authority to speak on medical matters, they refused, then later accused me of hanging up on them. The person was obviously used to speaking like that and not being challenged!
