   Having returned back home from university, I am very much missing this GP surgery. The doctors are all super lovely and feels like they genuinely care. The system for getting appointments and submitting requests is far smoother than my GP at home. All the staff have always been really kind and friendly.

   Where is your compassion?? Desperately needed help for out daughter who became very poorly in her first few days at Bath University with what we eventually found out was a serious infection. Unfortunately, we were over 5 hours away and a family in distress. Staff members on reception obviously have no empathy in what I understood used to be a care industry. Shame on you University Medical Centre!!!

   My appointments have always been very good at the Uni Medical Centre. It’s always easy to get an appointment in good time. In my most recent appointment, the nurse Tammy was super friendly and professional. I felt in really good care throughout the whole appointment. I would definitely recommend the University Medical Practice.

   I was a student and signed up with my GP at the university medical centre. When the bath hospital had requested scans I got in touch with the centre for results, as they hadn't requested the scans they refused to help. After several calls they refused to support me during this time. As a student away from home I had no support and they new as my GP they were scanning for cancer. I felt so alone and let down by the poor service.

   GP Sharon Gillings is fantastic. Caring, patient, and thorough, she is a true patient advocate. I have also recently had a few appointments with the nurse Kathy, who's also been just lovely. Reception staff have always been kind and professional. I'll be worried when I move house and have to join a different practice.

   I wanted to get a same day appointment since I got a Tonsillitis and felt very bad. I called and mailed them and said it is urgent since the symptoms became worse rapidly. They told me that a doctor will call me back ASAP and I waited the whole day. I called them several times to remind them and they said that I am on the waiting list and they will call me until the practice will close. At 6 it closed and I got no call or anything else. The medical center was not reachable anymore, so I had to go to the hospital. What do british people understand as urgent cases?!?!?! Horrible to get a doctor here.
