We had a great stay on Friday The reception was friendly and really helpful. The room was really warm and clean with a very comfortable bed and we all slept amazing feeling ready for the trip home. There was plenty of tea and coffee with more in reception if needed. We found the staff so friendly and informative so a special thanks to you all. We have booked another stay for two weeks time. Best regards. The Jewell family.

The staff were extremely helpful, and the room was spotless and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt well organised the internet was a little tricky to connect to but a really pleasant stay overall. The hotel was value for money, with the added bonus of being able to park right outside.

Convenient location for motorway, Cam and Dursley train station and Slimbridge Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, one of Britain's top nature reserves. Staff very friendly, helpful and supportive.

Average quality hotel. Good if you just need a basic place to stay and plan to continue your journey north on the M5. No access to local roads as there is a No Entry sign and enforcement cameras. Facilities and decoration not in great condition, patches of old wallpaper on the walls and radiator is rusty. No power sockets near the bed. Toilet flush handle position prevented toilet seat from staying up… Electricity to our room cut out and water wasn’t consistent temperature when using the shower. Fairly quiet, no issues sleeping. Staff were friendly and helpful but overall the place needs refurbishment and isn’t suitable for trips to places in the local area or southbound.

Stayed at this hotel many times, handy location for visiting family. Lovely view overlooking the fields. This stay was only marred by a naked man hammering and shouting on next doors room at 2.00am!

Reasonably priced for an overnight stay. Everything you need. Surprisingly peaceful in the rooms.

Great hotel for transit or a short stay. Good location and very quiet for a motorway services hotel. Good facilities and great walks in the surrounding area. Very convenient for M5 & M4 and South Wales and the South West. Very spacious room and as much tea and coffee as you like - which was a benefit to me as I was working from my hotel room for a while.

Nice rest stop surprisingly quite since its just off the m5 rooms were nice as always no plug sockets near the bed so kinda hard to use your phone or laptop whilst in bed

What is not to like, for the price, room clean and good size, heating lovely, tea and coffee facility, all perks you get in nice hotels, toilet and bathroom good, shower head output great, even left microwave and toaster at in the reception, enjoyed my 2 nights stay.
