I emailed before arriving to see if the room had a private kitchen and was told there was, but there wasn't? Lovely building though. The room was a bit cold. No water in the room. Was nice and clean.
Great hotel in a lovely historic building with very friendly and helpful staff
Lovely old building and good facilities but a few niggles. We were top floor and the ceilings were quite low. I'm 6'2. Mostly it was fine but the shower was tricky to fit in. The WiFi is very slow but I know the challenge of fitting it old houses so understand that. Main problem was the heat. It was hard to get the temperature down. One small window and a tiny (really tiny) desk fan were not enough. The location is great though, and the car parking is very useful as it's so limited round that area.
This hotel is situated in the gorgeous Chipping Sodbury. The hotel is clean and very well presented. The front of house staff very polite, friendly, courteous and above all welcoming. The breakfast was large and plentiful with lots of choice. Well wroth the money and will definitely stay there again. If you need a hotel in the area then look no further!
Room was beautiful and had lots of extra touches that you wouldn't expect such as cotton wool buds and an amazing selection of teas to chose from in the room. My room was very quiet and had a big walk in wardrobe. Breakfast was lovely and had real tea rather than teabags.
The lady who greeted me was nice and friendly, room was clear and the food was excellent
