   We stayed for one night on a two-day bus tour. Based on the reviews and photos I was expecting something much nicer and updated, but it sufficed for one night. It was too cold and rainy to enjoy the garden but the included breakfast was excellent, particularly the Kenya coffee. More protein options (eggs) would have been appreciated. Overall, quaint and a good night's sleep.

   Excellent boutique hotel. Lovely and friendly staff. Close walk to everything in Bath (we love walking!) Note, lots of stairs, no elevator but we didn't mind. Breakfast is outstanding. Coffee french press and divine!!

   We stayed at the Kennard Boutique Guesthouse for two nights and had a lovely visit. The check-in was super smooth even though we arrived late. The rooms were super cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. All of us agree that the hotel breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk to the city centre. The neighbourhood had loads of great restaurants and felt safe in the evening. If we visit Bath again we will definitely stay here.

   A wonderful boutique hotel very close to the center of Bath. A short walk from Holborn museum and Pulteney bridge. Spotless rooms, amazing a la carte breakfast and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Honesty bar is also a very nice bonus. Homemade shortbread, water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate available in the room.

   What a fantastic find! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast is among the best I have ever seen in any hotel and the location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk into the beautiful centre of Bath. Our room (standard double) was rather cosy but beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. There is also an honesty bar for the evenings, a quiet corner to sit and a beautiful garden to enjoy in the summer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stan at The Kennard.

   There are not enough great things to say about this charming boutique hotel. Rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Location is amazing - just the other side of Pultney Bridge - a short walk to all Bath has to offer. But the thing that stays in my memory is the amazing service provided by the entire staff! The breakfast is delicious.

   Our room was a bit small and the bathroom rather dated however this hotel is excellent because of its staff who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The beautiful garden in the back was a great place for a drink in the evening before going to bed. The hotel is an easy walk from the station and all the major sites in Bath.

   One of the best hotels that I have ever visited!! Amazing people, amazing service, very warm atmosphere, amazing breakfast with many choices, very clean, plus the little extra personal items/ toiletries and variety of teas and coffees in the room. Lots of things to do around the town as well which can be reached easily by foot. Beautiful little garden and beautiful corners of relaxation plus the "honesty bar", you'll figure it out when you get there. John, the manager if I'm not mistaken, and the owners were very friendly and helpful, and always with a smile!! I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant and warm!!! Until next time..
