   Oh my goodness what a fabulous place. We had our hen weekend at this amazing property and all our guesrs were suitably impressed. The luxury shines through and there is everything here you could wish for. A great party house for larger gatherings that will accommodate your needs. Lovely garden with hot tub that is secluded and private. Far reaching veiws but house still has a homely feel. Would definitely recommend and owner is a perfect host with nothing too much trouble. Do rent this property you will not be disappointed.

   Hired the entire house for christmas and was really lovely. There was loads of room. All the bedrooms were massive and done up to a really high standard, the rooms really are 4/5* rooms, the rest of the house is really nice and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped although the oven was very difficult to cook with as temperature was hard to control and one of the hobs wasn't working. There is a hot tub outside which is just fantastic, seats 6 with internal lights and Bluetooth speakers, the hot tub has views of the field opposite which is just sooo relaxing. Strongly recommend this place and would definitely book again!

   We stayed at Roseneath House for my sister’s hen weekend. This beautiful house made the weekend even more perfect. The rooms were spacious with large comfy beds. There is a bathroom for each room which made getting ready a lot easier. The house was spotless. There is a lot of common space including a large kitchen, dining room/living room and of course the hot tub making the venue perfect for an evening in. In summer the surrounding grounds would be perfect for a BBQ. I would recommend this house to any group looking to spend a weekend in Bristol or Bath. Paul is a great/ helpful host too. Thanks so much Paul for letting us stay in your beautiful house!

   Old house look with a modern twist on the decor. Rooms very clean and staff are really helpful. We had the family room which was spacious with good facilities. Great views from the room of the sun rise and countryside. Lovely ensuite with bath, large shower, toilet, bidet and twin sinks. A smart HD TV with Internet access. Food was simply breakfast but was good quality produce and if you want anything extra you just had to ask. Overall a excellent B&B that would rival many 4/5* hotels in the service. Would definitely stay again.

   What a really lovely place top stay. I needed to stay one night and Paul was more than helpful when I phoned up to book. On arrival the room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The en suite was spotless. Breakfast was set out very nicely with fresh fruit cereals and juices and cooked breakfasts available to your requirements. I would definitely recommend it and thoroughly enjoyed my stay - shame it was only for one night x
