Serviceable, as always, very clean room and bathroom. Quiet hotel, friendly staff make one feel very comfortable. Completely industrial location 25 minutes out of town on very bad roads (diversion when motorway rammed). Spent the 30 minutes failing to access my travelodge account to pay the additional £3 for 24 hour wifi. Gave up. My mobile phone O2 network didn't work inside hotel, so couldn't use phone data.

My family of four had a great time here. The lodge is 30 mins out of town with plenty of parking. The room was wonderful value and fine for us. We had a wonderful evening meal deal of a main and dessert. Looking forwards to a sumptuous breakfast tomorrow! Well done all!

It's a Travelodge, you get 30mins free WiFi and if you want more you have to pay for it. Same as any other Travelodge. I'm with Vodafone and hubby with EE and we both got data in the bedroom so not sure why people complaining about data being blocked. We paid £3 extra for a super room which was on the 4th floor. It was clean, and bed comfy, what else do you need? With the superoom we got a good shower (better head than normal rooms), coffee pod machine that produced lovely coffee, a KitKat each and some luxury hot chocolate. The curtains were black out and the air con kept the room nice and cool, so we slept really well. The hotel is new so rooms are on the smaller side compared to older Travelodges. Yes the hotel is on an industrial estate, but if you have a car it's not far to a lot of facilities. We tried breakfast one morning, wasn't impressed. Hubby enjoyed his but I found the cooked aspect a bit bland and tasteless. Toast/bagel/cereal had no complaints. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. If I was in the area this would be on my list of hotels to check out and I would stay here again.

i cant believe you do food love i wasn’t disappointed. it wasn’t that bad i ask for a burger with no bun /bread and no chips , salad instead. but no picked gherkin or salad on top of my burger, it was 2 lots of burger with cheese look very boring but if was nice salad was nice ok fresh corncob very good. great work that your selling food. hopefully no more takeaways if we book Travelodge staff are very friendly. mite have breakfast but it depends on what time i get up in the morning i’m full now going to bed now keep up.

The hotel is okay, clean and well placed if you are working in the industrial estate. The rooms are fresh and clean. However, there's is nothing to do around the hotel. The bar in the hotel is basic and the food is similar but good quality. I would stay here again if I was working in the area. But you defo need to take your own entertainment. There seemed to be a lack of staff at peak times but they did their best.

Lost two stars because of the filthy bath towel. Suspicious big brown stain on the one towel in the room. Otherwise room was ok. Bed comfy with a decent shower. Just don't use the towels without checking. Service at the bar / restaurant was very good. Lovely young read headed lady and I think possibly a Spanish lady in the evening. Food was pretty decent and portions good.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, if lacking in training. No taxis will come and pick you up from there. Uber wouldn't deliver. Most of the hotel menu wasn't available - just pizzas, and they were poor. The meat "feast" pizza might be a feast of meat for a mouse, but not a human. Beers were very expensive. Find a hotel with a better location.
